1. Delivery Locations
We currently deliver within Sri Lanka only.
International shipping is not available at this time.
2. Delivery Rates
Shipping fees are calculated based on your delivery location, order weight, and courier service availability. Final shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
Delivery options may include:
• Standard Delivery: Typically delivered within 3–5 business days.
3. Processing Time
• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS notification with tracking information
4. Delivery Timeframes
Expected delivery times depend on your location and the courier service:
• Colombo & suburbs: Approximately 2–3 business days after processing.
• Other districts: Typically, 4–5 business days after processing.
These timeframes are estimates and may vary due to conditions such as weather, holidays, courier delays, or regional access restrictions.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS, allowing you to monitor your delivery through the courier’s tracking portal.
6. Delivery Delays
While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframes, external factors such as weather, road conditions, courier delays, and seasonal demand may impact delivery times.
If your order is significantly delayed, you may contact the courier directly using your tracking number or reach out to us for assistance.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery has been marked as completed to the specified address.
If your package appears lost, damaged, or incorrectly delivered, please contact us at inquiries@bebyrainco.com within 7 days of receiving your tracking details, and we will help resolve the issue with the courier.
8. Address Changes
If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order at inquiries@bebyrainco.com.
We cannot guarantee changes after the order is processed or dispatched, but we will do our best to assist.
