This Returns & Exchange Policy applies exclusively to the fashion umbrella range available on our website. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a clear and customer-friendly returns and exchange process.

 

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges on Be by Rainco fashion umbrellas purchased through our website under the following conditions:

• Items must be returned within 5 days of the original purchase date.

• Items must be in new or lightly used condition, unless the item is defective.

• Returns and exchanges are accepted only for products purchased directly from www.bebyrainco.com.

If the umbrella becomes damaged within a few days of normal use, we will accept the return or provide an exchange, as we expect our fashion umbrellas to function reliably for longer periods.

 

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

• Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper handling (excluding genuine product defects).

• Final sale items (clearly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase).

 

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

Provide Order Details: Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return or exchange.

Return Instructions: We will send you instructions on how to return the item(s) and a pre-paid return shipping label (if applicable).

 

4. Condition of Returned Items

All returned items must be in the same condition they were received, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or early breakage under normal use.

Items showing signs of misuse or intentional damage will not be accepted.

 

5. Defective or Early-Damage Items

If you receive an umbrella that is defective, damaged, or becomes damaged within a few days of normal use, please contact us immediately at inquiries@bebyrainco.com.

We will inspect the issue and arrange a replacement or exchange for your fashion umbrella.
